OTHER: Parsnips have a sweet nutty flavor, and the Improved Royal Crown variety is a creamy white color, long, & smooth. They resemble carrots but have a sweeter, buttery, slightly spicy flavor and taste somewhat like a combination of butterscotch & honey with a slight hint of cardamom. They typically measure 12" long and 2-3" wide. Parsnips can be boiled or roasted and go great with a roast, soups, stews, or casseroles.
