OTHER: The Sugar Scoop Foamflower is an herb native to western North America. It has a neat mounding habit & small flowers similar to Coral Bells on stalks over the foliage. The Foamflower has a much earlier bloom time than Coral Bells, so can be planted together for an extended display of blooms. The Foamflower has evergreen leaves & grows well in moist shady woodland sites.
