OTHER: Ao Daimaru is an heirloom Asian Eggplant from Japan. The medium size fruit is globe - pear shaped with a flat bottom. These green skinned eggplants weigh around ¼ pound each, & measure 4” tall. They are best harvested when the reach the size of a baseball. Ao Daimaru’s flesh is dense & creamy with a flavor that is mild & delicate, yet rich. The culinary options are endless, with eggplant being wonderful baked, fried, roasted, & grilled as a main dish, or added to a huge variety of other dishes like rice, pasta, or mixed veggies.
