Our gift certificates are beautifully printed and mailed to the recipient and are good for anything in our store at www.WoodlandHerbal.com. The certificate is authenticated by our owners and is logged into our gift certificate system, and can not be replicated. Original certificate must be turned in to be used, no copies will be accepted whatsoever. Treat your gift certificate like cash as replacements will not be provided. There are NO refunds on gift certificates. There is no expiration date for gift certificates. If we're mailing the gift certificate to a different address than what's on the billing, then you will need to provide the correct address for the recipient at check out in the add a note section, or email us ASAP.
