These adorable carrots are sweet & mild in flavor, & have a excellent texture that manages to pull of a nice crunch while being quite tender. The round bite size 1 - 2" diameter carrots are the perfect size for enjoying whole & can be added fresh to salads or pickled, steamed, roasted, baked, etc. Their greens can be enjoyed sautéed as a side dish, made in to pesto, or as a replacement for parsley or lettuce, & much more.
