Return Policy

For orders within the continental United States, we can provide a free UPS return shipping label for exchange. We accept unused items purchased exclusively from us that are received by us within 14 days of your order date for exchange. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your items back to our warehouse in California. Final Sale items aren't eligible. Packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please note the tracking number, note the order error or specific defects, + pre-alert of your exchange. Orders outside the continental U.S. (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Australia), you must return the items back to us at your own cost as we cannot provide a free shipping label.
