Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. In case of any damages/dented boxes, please send us a photo before we process any return for this reason. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. 

FAQ - The supplier has warehouses in the USA, UK, and Europe. They will select the closest warehouse when shipping orders out. If you order from Europe or the UK, they can ship domestically, therefore no import duties to worry about. All orders are fulfilled in 24-48 hours on average
