This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Contact sales@buckridgesoap.com if your product arrived damaged but we cannot accept returns of opened product or used soaps. Sorry. It is impossible to resell personal care items that have been opened or used in any way. Damaged products can be refunded or replaced, just contact us with a photo of the damaged item.
