This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the package and damaged item within 1 day of its arrival. Your purchase includes insurance, so photos are needed in order to assess the damage and file a claim. Once we assess the damage to your package, we will replace your order. If there is a problem with the wallpaper not related to package delivery, contact me within 14 days of its arrival. Olively Home will not be responsible for the incorrect installation of the wallpaper. We recommend hiring professional installers to avoid any kind of issue.
